Compartir experiències, idees i preocupacions amb les nostres companyes i companys és un dels aspectes més gratificants i alliberadors de la nostra professió, i el programa Erasmus+ ens permet fer-ho amb professionals d’arreu d’Europa.
La setmana del 2 al 6 de maig del 2023, les professores Ana Beltran i Aitana Roures van tindre l’oportunitat de visitar l’institut tècnic Abba Ballini de Brescia, Itàlia, amb l’objectiu de donar continuïtat al projecte de “Mediació entre Iguals”. Aquesta idea va començar a agafar forma durant el passat curs acadèmic, va definir-se amb la visita de l’alumnat italià a principi de curs i ha conclòs amb la nostra estada a l’institut llombard per valorar la seva implantació.
Però això no va ser tot. D’una banda, vam compartir estratègies per afavorir la inclusió de l’alumnat en la formació professional i ens van fer cinc cèntims sobre diverses aplicacions informàtiques que poden ser d’utilitat per al professorat. D’altra banda, vam visitar l’empresa on un dels nostres alumnes està fent la seva estada de pràctiques. Allà vam poder familiaritzar-nos amb el funcionament d’una institució consolidada de la zona i conèixer, de primera mà, quines són les necessitats i demandes del mercat laboral italià. D’aquesta manera, podrem adaptar la formació oferida al centre a les necessitats reals de les empreses i, així, afavorir la inserció de l’alumnat una vegada completada l’etapa formativa.
Promoure aquest tipus de sinergies amb altres centres educatius és d’allò més enriquidor, ja que constitueixen una magnífica oportunitat d’aprendre entre iguals. Per això, esperem que el contacte no s’acabi aquí i mantenir aquesta pròspera relació durant molt de temps amb projectes de col·laboració futurs.

Sharing experiences, ideas and concerns with our colleagues is one of the most rewarding and liberating aspects of our profession, and the Erasmus+ program allows us to do this with professionals from all over Europe.
During the week of May 2nd to 6th of 2023, professors Ana Beltran and Aitana Roures had the opportunity to visit the Abba Ballini technical institute in Brescia, Italy, with the aim of continuing the “Mediation between Peers” project. This idea began to take shape during the past academic year, it was defined with the visit of the Italian students at the beginning of the year and has concluded with our stay at the Lombard high school to assess its implementation.
But that wasn’t all. On the one hand, we shared strategies to promote the inclusion of students in professional training, and they introduced us to various IT applications that can be useful for teachers. On the other hand, we visited the company where one of our students is doing his internship. There we were able to familiarize ourselves with how a consolidated institution in the area operates and learn what the needs and demands of the Italian labour market are. In this way, we will be able to adapt the training offered at the centre to the real needs of companies and, thus, promote the insertion of students once the training stage is completed.
Promoting this type of synergies with other educational centres could be very enriching, as they constitute a magnificent opportunity to learn among peers. Therefore, we hope that the contact does not end here and maintain this prosperous relationship for a long time with future collaborative projects.
