Mobilitats KA101 Erasmus+

L’èxit d’un institut està en la satisfacció de l’alumnat bé pel seu rendiment acadèmic, bé perquè s’han atés les seves necessitats personals, bé perquè s’ha trobat la connexió alumnat-professorat…Òbviament, per aconseguir aquest objectiu l’IES Pare Vitòria inverteix en la formació del seu professorat. El pla de formació al professorat està marcat a la PGA de centre i té diferents branques d’accés: cursos CEFIRE o altres organitzacions oficials, Seminaris i/o grups de treball en el centre i Projectes formatius de centre.

The teacher Anna Pascual visited the German high school “Rheine Berufskolleg” through an Erasmus+ job shadowing. The German teacher Christiane Knieper was an excellent host, who showed all the most relevant working methods and organization issues carried out in this high school. We learned about different schedules and use of facilities. One of the most interesting parts was the integration of political refugees in the German school system. We hope to carry on with further cooperation, as we can draw meaningful knowledge from the strong points that both education systems have.
