PROJECT MANAGEMENT 2023-2027
In compliance with the RESOLUTION of February 23, 2023, issued by the Director General for Teaching Staff, which announces the selection procedure for principals of public educational centers of the Generalitat Valenciana, this School Management Project for CEIP LA RAMBLA is presented as a collaborative, realistic, and inspiring team project.
DPC- DIGITAL PLAN OF THE CENTER
The Digital Education Plan represents a unique transformative opportunity for all educational centers in the Valencian Community that we cannot afford to miss. The transformative impact of the structured use of ICT in schools will contribute to the development of teachers’ digital competence and will revitalize the entire teaching-learning process. Through the creation and implementation of School Digital Plans, the educational community as a whole will benefit, and centers will evolve into digitally competent educational organizations.
Among the possibilities arising from this transformation, it is essential to highlight the improvement of both student and teacher digital competence, while prioritizing criteria of inclusion and accessibility. In this way, the educational community will be better prepared to meet the challenges of modern times.
PALMO- ACTION PLAN FOR THE IMPROVEMENT
The Regional Ministry of Education, Culture, and Sport has published the Resolution regulating the development of the Improvement Action Plan (PALMO), authorizing programs and allocating additional teaching staff hours to public educational centers under the jurisdiction of the Generalitat Valenciana for its implementation.
The design of the PALMO must be approved by the Teachers’ Council and the School Council, establishing specific lines of action based on the prior detection of the school’s needs.
PAT- PLAN De ACCIÓN TUTORIAL
The Tutorial Action Plan is a pedagogical information document that systematically outlines how we organize and intervene in our teaching tasks. It is an open and flexible document that may change as the needs of both the school and the students evolve. For this reason, it is essential to evaluate the TAP at the end of each academic year. Such evaluations may include improvement proposals that assist us in preparing for the following year.
DIVERSITY CARE PLAN
The Diversity Support Plan is the document that encompasses the set of actions—including curriculum adaptations, organizational measures, and support and reinforcement strategies—that a school designs, selects, and implements to provide the most tailored response to the general and specific educational needs of all students.
PLA DE ACOGIDA
This is a comprehensive project aimed at the entire student body, regardless of their background, and embraced by the whole educational community. Its goal is to ensure that both our School Educational Project and the Stage Curricula are infused with interculturalism. It has been created to respond to the emerging educational needs within a society that has become multicultural, addressing both students from other countries and those newly joining the school.
EQUALITY AND COEXISTENCE PLAN
This plan is the document whose primary purpose is to create a positive climate of coexistence, based on respect and fluid, open, and sincere communication among all members of our educational community.
The school is a social environment where conflict situations arise; these should not be avoided, but rather addressed as privileged educational opportunities. These situations allow us to learn how to overcome them, instilling in our students the values of respect, non-violence, justice, solidarity, tolerance, and democracy.
PRIMARY-SECUNDARY TRANSITION PLAN
The primary objective of this document is to address the diverse characteristics and personal situations of students transitioning from primary to secondary education. It aims to support the continuity and progressive advancement inherent in basic education, respecting each student’s capacity for growth and change within the framework of identifying their ordinary and specific educational needs. Above all, it seeks to prevent difficulties regarding school integration, adaptation, and personal, emotional, and curricular development, while strengthening the pedagogical autonomy of schools to organize and operate in a manner best suited to their students’ needs. This process is always coordinated between both educational centers.
This Plan facilitates a crucial stage transition for our students, taking the following aspects into account:
- Addressing the diversity of students’ personal characteristics and situations.
- Ensuring continuity and progressive advancement within basic education.
- Recognizing the capacity for progress and change in all students, while identifying their ordinary and specific educational needs.
- Preventing difficulties in school integration, adaptation, and personal, emotional, and curricular development.
- Promoting the pedagogical autonomy of schools regarding the organization and functioning best suited to their students’ needs.
- Evaluating and correcting any identified deficiencies.
COORDINATION MESURES TO ENSURE THE CONTINUITY OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROCRESS
The objective of this plan is to coordinate the significant transition of our students from Early Childhood Education to Primary Education.
STUDENT SERVICE PLAN IN CASE OF ABSENCE OF TEACHERS
This document outlines the various organizational and pedagogical protocols to be followed in the event of teacher absences, ensuring the continuity of our students’ work within the school.
READER PLAN
The objective of this plan is to promote and encourage reading comprehension throughout the school by:
Utilizing the school library as a driving force for reading and as a space for information and documentation.
Integrating reading competence across all areas of the curriculum.
Promoting student autonomy and competence in accessing, processing, and utilizing information.
Fostering reading habits and helping students discover and appreciate the pleasure of reading.
Stimulating the use of more active and meaningful methodologies for students.
ORIENTATION PLAN
Educational guidance is a supportive process that enhances the quality and improvement of education within schools, as it facilitates the systematic understanding of individual differences and the most appropriate organized response. Furthermore, educational guidance constitutes a decisive element in addressing diversity; its goal is to provide personalized training that promotes the comprehensive development of students’ knowledge, skills, and values across all life stages: personal, family, social, and professional. Guiding students is an inherent part of the teaching profession and is the responsibility of all staff. Each group’s tutor carries out their guidance and tutoring activities by providing individualized attention to students throughout their teaching and learning processes.
BOOK REUSE PROGRAM
This program regulates the establishment, management, and operation of textbook and curricular material banks in public schools under the Generalitat, as well as in private-concerted schools and those owned by local corporations in the Valencian Community that apply for the established regulatory subsidies.
PLA TIC-TACO-TOQUE
The objective of this plan is the learning and use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) by integrating computer science across various subjects. However, it is specifically oriented toward our core goals: ensuring that both students and staff learn and communicate (LCT: Learning and Communication Technologies) and facilitating both school and academic management (OMT: Organization and Management Technologies).
CONTINGENCY PLAN:
The School Contingency Plan includes the technical, human, and organizational measures required to be implemented from the start of the de-escalation period until the return to normalcy and the reintegration of students into the classroom. Furthermore, it must clearly establish guidelines for work, cleaning, traffic flow, safety, and health for our educational community.
