- Center doors will remain closed starting at 3 PM, and no one may access the classrooms.
- Students may be brought to meetings with families. They will be accompanied by a teacher and not by dining hall students.
- From 3rd grade onwards, students may return home alone if families sign the authorization. In the case of a minor being collected by another minor, families will authorize this in the same document.

- For hygiene reasons, we stop brushing teeth during dining hall hours.
4. Criteria for ERASMUS mobilities with students are presented:
Student mobility is intended for 6th-grade Primary Education students. As this is the oldest group in the center, the Erasmus Commission has considered it the most suitable, as they show greater maturity to face and benefit from such an experience. While the primary intention is to travel with the 20 students who will make up the group during the 2024-25 course, a protocol has been established to, if necessary, conduct a selection of participating students. When drafting this protocol, it was considered convenient to establish a common procedure for public centers in the municipality of Agost, IES El Arco and CEIP La Rambla. The Erasmus Commissions of the IES and the school worked together to find a procedure that is open, public, and transparent and that, above all, prioritizes students in disadvantaged situations, whether due to disability, special educational needs, or economic obstacles.
PROCEDURE:
1. Information to families through the center’s official communication channels. Personal interview with those families who, for cultural, social, or religious reasons, are more reluctant for their daughters/sons to participate in these initiatives, to explain the benefits of the experience. An Erasmus Commission member, the tutor, and the center’s counselor will be present at the interview.
2. Preparation of the list of participants. Once families give their consent, a list of students who agree to participate will be drawn up. If the number is greater than the vacancies offered, the scoring phase will begin.
3. Scoring and selection of students. Publication of the scoring criteria on the center’s notice board. The Erasmus Commission, in which the Management Team participates, will be responsible for gathering the necessary information from each student. Then, points will be counted according to the scale.
4. Publication of the provisional list of selected students. A list will be posted on the interior notice board of the center, and families will be informed by phone of personal results. There will be a claim period of 5 business days. After this time and once claims are resolved, if any exist, the final list of participants will be published.Being free of incident reports (minor), regulated by the center’s Coexistence Plan, during the mobility course will be an indispensable requirement to participate in the activity, whether student selection is necessary or not. Likewise, in the case of the IES, absenteeism will be grounds for exclusion from the program.
SCALE:
- Compensatory education student: 3 pts.
- Student beneficiary of the Valencian Inclusion Income: 1 pt.
- Student beneficiary of a direct dining hall scholarship: 1 pt.
- Student with a recognized disability equal to or greater than 33%: 2 pts.
- Participation in non-profit voluntary activities organized by the center. These activities are subject to change each year, so they will be fixed at the start of the course by the center’s School Council along with their qualification criteria: 3 pts.
- In case of a tie and if there are not enough places for all students, a public draw will be held at the School Council. The draw will be done traditionally, writing all candidates’ names and putting them in a box. Then, as many names as vacancies exist will be drawn at random.
