We are AFA “La Rambla”
We are practically all the mothers and fathers of the students of “La Rambla”, who join forces to be able to organize and collaborate in those activities that aim to achieve the improvement of public education in general and of the CEIP “La Rambla” in particular, favoring and encouraging the participation and involvement of families, the school community and the entire town of Agost in the education of the new generations of young people in the town. Each family contributes to the financing of the activities with the annual fee of the AFA, which is collected at the beginning of each course.
What do we do?
Examples of what we do are the following: the La Rambla school agenda, activity books bought at good prices for all students, participation in elections and school council meetings, improvement of the canteen service and the school’s facilities and infrastructures, participation program “active playgrounds/active families”, methodological training, study and incorporation of pedagogical innovations, Recreational, educational and cultural activities: festivals, music, theatre, extracurricular activities…
As you can see, it is a good handful of activities and actions that affect and involve the entire school community: students, families, teachers and also all the people and entities of Agost interested in improving public schools.
How can we participate?
We want to count on everyone and know your proposals, suggestions and your way of dealing with the problems of our school. That is why we need your contributions. You can find us at the school door every day, or on social networks or in the email of our association.
