During the week in Florence in the Erasmus+ Exchange, one day we went to the Uffizi Gallery, an exhibition where there are different works by very important artists such as Botticelli, Caravaggio, Leonardo Da Vinci, Michelangelo and Giotto. Within this visit I highlight some works that impressed us and made me see the art of painting in a different way, because I had never before been interested in going to museums to look at these works. I had only seen paintings in photos on the internet and these did not attract my attention, but seeing with my own eyes these paintings and the details they show, in addition with the quality of the paints and colors used, changed my thoughts towards this type of art and I enjoyed the entire exhibition like if I had discovered gold.
One of the most wonderful paintings that I could see was the Perseus freeing Andromeda by Piero di Cosimo, and this paint impressed me because of the bizarre creature that is in the middle of this work. Finally, I want to highlight the Born of Venus and The Spring by Sandro Botticelli.
