L'alumnat de 6é de primària de centres adscrits que SÍ QUE vulga cursar 1r de l'ESO en l'IES Joanot Martorell ha de CONFIRMAR LA PLAÇA que té reservada en este centre. La confirmació de plaça la realitzarà en el col·legi on es trobe matriculat actualment. Este alumnat NO podrà participar en l'admissió, de fer-lo, incorrerà en duplicitat.
ALERTA: La duplicitat implica la pèrdua del dret de participar en l'admissió i de la plaça reservada en el nostre institut. Este alumnat només obtindrà plaça una vegada finalitzada l'admissió en les places que queden vacants en qualsevol institut de València.

L'alumnat de 6é de primària de centres adscrits que NO vulga cursar 1r de l'ESO en l'IES Joanot Martorell ha de RENUNCIAR A LA PLAÇA que té reservada en este centre. La renúncia de plaça la realitzarà en el col·legi on es trobe matriculat actualment. Este alumnat haurà de participar en l'ADMISSIÓ perquè se li assigne plaça escolar.
L'alumnat de 6é de primària de centres no adscrits o l'alumnat de qualsevol curs de l'ESO que vulga obtindre plaça en l'IES Joanot Martorell hauran de participar en l'ADMISSIÓ, per a això deuen:
- Presentar la seua sol·licitud telemàtica del 4 al 10 de juny en la web https://portal.edu.gva.es/adminova/es/inicio/
- A partir del 21 de juny, el col·legi on està matriculat actualment l'alumne ens enviarà telemàticament si promociona o repetix curs a fi d'assignar-li la plaça en el curs correcte. En el cas que esta informació no ens arribe, rebran un correu perquè ens aporten esta documentació en paper en la Secretaria del nostre centre.
- Llistat d'admesos provisional: 11 de juliol. a partir d'esta data, podran consultar el centre on se li ha adjudicat el lloc escolar. Estes consultes es faran en la web https://portal.edu.gva.es/adminova/es/inicio/ o en el tauler d'anuncis del nostre centre. Poden presentar reclamacions telemàtiques al llistat provisional fins al 15 de juliol.
- Llistat d'admesos definitiu: 22 de juliol.
- La matrícula (lliurament de documentació) de l'alumnat la podran realitzar de manera telemàtica en https://portal.edu.gva.es/adminova/es/inicio/ del 22 al 25 de juliol, o bé de manera presencial en la Secretària del centre del 22 al 26 de juliol.
En el cas que no obtinguera lloc escolar en admissió ordinària i no dispose de plaça escolar per al curs 24-25, amb les vacants resultants es durà a terme una fase d'admissió extraordinària. La Conselleria ens donarà instruccions de com es realitzarà este procediment. Si fora el seu cas, romanga atent a la web del centre on publicarem les instruccions pertinents.
NOVETATS CURS 24-25:
Este curs s'implanta el DISTRICTE ÚNIC, això significa que els punts relatius al domicili laboral o familiar són els mateixos per a tots els residents de la ciutat de València.
En el barem de punts cada centre incorpora una circumstància especial valorada amb 1 punt.
El Consell Escolar de l'IES Joanot Martorell ha decidisc valorar amb 1 punt extra a l'alumnat que complisca alguna d'estes circumstàncies especials: el compliment de diverses d'estes circumstàncies sumarà només 1 punt.
-Alumnat que simultanieja estudis professionals de música o dansa en conservatoris.
-Alumnat que simultanieja estudis en escoles d'ensenyament artístic no formal de música i/o arts escèniques i que estiguen inscrites en el registre de centres docents de la Comunitat Valenciana.
-Alumnat que simultanieja estudis a l'escola oficial d'idiomes. EOI.
-Alumnat inclòs en les llistes d'esportistes d'elit, d'alt nivell o d'alt rendiment, així com el personal
tècnic, entrenador, arbitral i jutge d'elit de la Comunitat Valenciana

IN-YEAR ADMISSION FOR COMPULSORY SECONDARY EDUCATION, YEAR 1 (1 ESO)
Those Year 6 Primary students coming from primary schools assigned to IES Joanot Martorell who are willing to join our school MUST CONFIRM THEIR PLACE, that it is pre-booked for them at our institution. That confirmation is to be done at the primary school they are currently registered. These students will not take part in the In-year Admission Process. If they did it, they would incur in duplicity-
WARNING!: duplicity means both the loss of the right of taking part in the admission process and the pre-booked place at our school. These students will only get another place once the admission process is over and they would only opt for a vacant place left in any school in Valemcia.
Our assigned Primary schools will distribute an enevelope with the registration forms and an appointment to register them on site at our Secretary and Administration Office at the end of May or the beginning of June.

Year 6 Primary students coming from assigned Primary schools who do not want to do ESO 1 at IES Joanot Martorell MUST RENOUNCE TO THEIR PRE-BOOKED PLACE at our institution. This renunciation must be done at the Primary school where they are registered today. Therefore, these students will have to take part in the IN-YEAR ADMISSION process, so that they get a school place somewhere else.
Year 6 Primary students coming from non-asssigned Primary schools, or those students doing any other ESO year who intend to get a place at IES Joanot Martorell must take part in the IN-YEAR ADMISSION. In this case, they will be required to apply online at https://portal.edu.gva.es/adminova/es/inicio/ from 4 to 10 of June.
From 21 June onwards the primary school where a student is registered as today will send us a report saying if they are promoting or not, so that they will have a place granted at their corresponding year. Should this information not get us, those students will be emailed in order to provide us with the paperwork at our school’s Secretary and Administration Office.
Provisional admitted students list: 11 July. From that date on, they will be able to check the school where their school place has been granted. Checking will be available either on https://portal.edu.gva.es/adminova/es/inicio/ or at our school’s notice board. Online complaints against the provisonal admitted students list will be admitted until 15 July.
Final admitted students list: 22 July.
Student registration itself (paperwork being handed in) will be available either online at https://portal.edu.gva.es/adminova/es/inicio/ from 22 July to 25 July, or on site at the school’s Secretary and Administration Office from 22 to 26 July.
In the event a student does not obtain a place during the ordinary In-Year Admission process and does not have any school place at all for the 24-25 academic year, an extraordinary In-Year Admission process will be carried out with the resulting vacancies. Conselleria will give us instructions of the managing of this process. If such were the case, please keep an eye on our school’s website, where the corresponding instructions will be published.
NEW FEATURES FOR THIS YEAR
This year the so-called SINGLE DISTRICT will be implemented. This means that the points given concerning the family address or the workplace address will be the same for all the residents in the city of Valencia.
Each school will incorporate a particular circumstance within its point scale.
The School Council of IES Joanot Martorell has approved of granting an extra point to those students complying with these particular circumstances. The compliance to these circumstances will only account for one point.
- Students who study simultaneously at Professional Music and Dance Conservatories.
- Students who study simultaneously at non-offical art schools and/or performing arts which are registered at the Valencian Community Schools Register.
- Students who study simultaneously at the Official Languages School.
- Students who are recorded at the Top-Class Sports People Register as well as coaches, members of technical staff, referees and top umpires of the Valencian Community.
