Name bug craft
This week we are going to work symmetry and reflection.
You just need a piece of paper, a pencil and any material to paint (markers, felt tip pens, crayons,…).
Instructions: 1. Fold a piece of paper in half.
- Write your name with a pencil along the crease of the paper. The letters must be LARGE.
- Refold the paper.
- Write over the folded paper several times so your name can be written on the other half of the paper. You can use a window to do it better.
- Open the paper and trace both names one more time.
- Paint the inside of the letters, using the same colour on each side of a letter. HAVE FUN!

Gender neutral toilet sign
Let’s imagine in the High School are going to make toilets that are not separated by gender (male and female)…it seems the future but there are in a few places around the world.
You are going to make a gender neutral toilet sign!
You just need a piece of paper/cardboard, a pen/pencil, any material to paint (markers, felt tip pens, crayons,…) and a lot of TOLERANCE!
Instructions: Draw in a piece of paper/cardboard a gender neutral toilet sign as you think it is APPROPIATE.

Geometric shapes
In the next weeks we are going to join this subject with Maths. How? Through the geometric shapes!
This week we are going to work the CIRCLE, the TRIANGLE and the SQUARE.
You have to look for an object in your house with a circle shape, one object with a triangle shape and another object with a square shape. CREATIVITY!
Then you have to take one or two photos.

4t ORAL COMMUNICATION – From 11th to 15th May
We are going to review the grammatical structures of the English Class Book.
Let’s review the structure “Have we got + subject + today?”
and the answer “Yes, we have” or “No, we haven’t” (Page 26 of the Class Book).
For example: Have we got Art today? No, we haven’t.
In the page number 26 there are 8 subjects to practise (Science, English, Maths,…).
Then you have to RECORD yourselves with a mobile phone/tablet (in audio or video)
-Saying the structure “Have we got + subject + today?”
and the answer “Yes, we have” or “No, we haven’t”, with 3 different SUBJECTS.
You can use the subjects of the page number 26 or different ones if you prefer (for instance: Have we got Valencian?).

As we have done a few days at school, you will use the materials that YOU WANT.
This week I am not going to give you any sample. Just use your CREATIVITY and think of your mum, grandmother, sister or auntie.
Ideas will come faster than a cheetah running!

We are going to review the grammatical structures of the English Class Book.
Let’s review the structure “Do you + verb + sport?”
and the answer “Yes, I do” or “No, I don’t” (Page 15 of the Class Book).
For example: Do you do judo? No, I don’t.
In the page number 14 there are 8 verbs and sports to practise (play basketball, cycle, play golf,…).
Then you have to RECORD yourselves with a mobile phone/tablet (in audio or video)
–Saying the structure “Do you + verb + sport?”
and the answer “Yes, I do” or “No, I don’t”, with 3 different SPORTS.
You can use the sports of the page number 14 or different ones if you prefer (for instance: Do you play football?).

We are going to review the grammatical structures of the English Class Book.
Let’s review the past continuous, with the following structures and examples:
-Questions “What WAS I / he / she verb+ing + object?
WERE you / we / they verb+ing + object?” (Page 29 of the Class Book).
What was I doing at 6 o’clock? What were we doing at 7 o’clock?
-Answers “I / he / she WAS/WASN’T + verb+ing + object
We / you / they WERE/WEREN’T + verb+ing + object” (Page 29 of the Class Book).
I was dancing They weren’t taking photos
In the exercises 2 and 3 of the page number 29 there are actions to practise (eating cake, drinking lemonade, dancing,…).
Then you can RECORD yourself with a mobile phone/tablet or** (in audio or video)
–Saying the structure “What WAS I / he / she verb+ing + object?
WERE you/ we/ they verb+ing + object?”
And the answer “I / he / she WAS/WASN’T + verb+ing + object
We / you / they WERE/WEREN’T + verb+ing + object” with 3 different ACTIONS.
You can use the actions of the exercises 2 and 3 of the page number 29, or different ones if you prefer (for instance: What were you doing at 6 o’clock? I wasn’t playing basketball).

4t ARTS & CRAFTS – From 27th to 30th April
Book Day Dragon bookmark
Last Thursday was the Book Day and Saint George Day! You are going to make a dragon bookmark for your books.
You need a piece of paper/cardboard, scissors, a pencil/pen, glue, a ruler and any material to paint (markers, felt tip pens, crayons,…).
Instructions: 1. Cut a piece of paper/cardboard into a big square shape. Divide this square into 4 small squares. Paint the square with colour green.
- Cut one square as you will see below. Divide two squares into triangles and cut the external triangles.
- Double the triangles as you will see below.
- Stick the triangles together.
- Draw the eyes, mouth, nose, teeth and tongue of the dragon. CREATIVITY!
