FACE-TO-FACE ENROLMENT PERIOD FROM 22 JUNE TO 5 JULY
INSTRUCTIONS
Make an appointment by clicking on the button, so that you can come to the centre to manage your enrolment.
2º If you do the FACE-TO-FACE ENROLMENT, download, complete (it is a document that you can fill in from your electronic device), print and sign the enrolment form. We also give it to the center on the day you come to process it to be able to complete it here:
