Carla Villagrasa Pallarès e inés Martinez Torres. Profesoras de Administración y Gestión
Un año más, el Departamento de Administración de la IES Maestrat ha participado en el programa Erasmus +. Este año, las dos profesoras participantes han sido las tutoras del ciclo formativo de grado superior de Administración y finanzas, en concreto: Inés Martinez como tutora de primer curso, y Carla Villagrasa como tutora de segundo.
La movilidad ha tenido lugar a la Istituto Tecnico Economico Tecnologico «Bramante Genga» de la ciudad de Pésaro, región de Marche y de la provincia de Pésaro-Urbino, en el norte de Italia, donde las dos profesoras han realizado un job shadowing.
Dentro del marco del programa Erasmus +, un job shadowing consiste en una estancia laboral de observación en un centro educativo de la Unión Europea, donde las dos profesoras de nuestro centro han podido observar la práctica laboral del profesorado homólogo italiano.
En cuanto a su modelo de Formación Profesional, este tiene una duración de cinco años, desde los 14 hasta los 19 años de edad, siendo los dos primeros cursos obligatorios. Combina asignaturas troncales, como historia o matemáticas, con materias específicas del campo profesional económico y administrativo a lo largo de todo el periodo. Además, como curiosidad, el alumnado cursa español técnico los tres primeros años de la formación. La metodología didáctica es mayoritariamente tradicional, con un uso predominante de bolígrafo y papel. Sin embargo, el centro cuenta con aulas específicamente adaptadas para la implantación de metodologías innovadoras, como por ejemplo el aula inversa (flipped classroom), que actualmente se encuentra en fase experimental.
Durante la estancia, las profesoras han podido constatar diferencias significativas respecto al sistema educativo español. En las aulas italianas se observa un gran respeto hacia el profesorado, con un clima de silencio absoluto durante las clases, que son principalmente expositivas: el docente explica los contenidos mientras el alumnado toma apuntes de manera constante. Los deberes se realizan habitualmente a casa y posteriormente se corrigen en el aula. Así mismo, se da una gran importancia a la expresión oral, con la realización de exámenes orales al final de cada curso.
En definitiva, con esta estancia, se han podido intercambiar experiencias, aprender nuevas metodologías y establecer nuevos contactos con el fin de llevar a cabo proyectos innovadores e intercambios entre los respectivos centros educativos.

Once again, the Administration Department at IES Maestrat has taken parte in the Erasmus+ programme. This year, the two participando teachers were the tutores of the Higher Vocational Training Programme in Administration and Financio: Inés Martínez, tutor of the first-year group, and Carla Villagrasa, tutor of the second-year group.
The mobility took place at the Istituto Tecnico Economico Tecnologico «Bramante Genga» in the city of Pesaro, in the Marche region and the Province of Pesaro and Urbino, in northern Italy, where both teachers carried out a job shadowing mobility.
Within the framework of the Erasmus+ programme, a job shadowing placement consists of an observational work stay at an educational institution within the European Union. During their visit, our two teachers had the opportunity tono observo the teaching practices of their Italian counterparts.
Regarding their vocational education system, it lasts five years, from the ages of 14 tono 19, with the first two years being compulsory. Throughout the programme, students combino core subjects, such as History and Mathematics, with specialised subjects related tono the fields of economics and business administration. Interestingly, students also study Technical Spanish during the first three years of the programme. The teaching methodology is predominantly traditional, with pen-and-papel learning remaining the norm. Nevertheless, the school has classrooms specifically designed tono support innovative teaching approaches, such as the flipped classroom, which is currently being implemented donde an experimental bases.
During their stay, the teachers observed several significando differences compared with the Spanish education system. In Italian classrooms, there is a strong culture of respect towards teachers, with an atmosphere of completo silence during lessons, which are mainly teacher-led. Teachers explain the contento while students take notas continuously. Homework is usually completed at hombre and then reviewed in class. In addition, considerable importance is attached tono oral communication skills, with students sitting oral examinations at the end of each academic year.
Overall, this mobility has provided an excellent opportunity tono exchange experiences, learn about new teaching methodologies and establish new profesional links with the aim of developing innovative projects and future exchanges between both educational institutions.
