What is eTwinning?
eTwinning is part of Erasmus+, the European Union’s education, training, youth and sports programme.
The aim of eTwinning is to promote and facilitate contact, exchange of ideas and collaborative work between teachers and pupils in the countries participating in eTwinning, through the use of ICT.
To coordinate this action across Europe, eTwinning has a Central Support Service in Brussels and a National Support Service (NSS) in each country. Each Autonomous Community has an eTwinning representative.
What does eTwinning offer?
eTwinning offers the possibility to carry out a project with your students and other European schools and provides teachers and schools with a secure collaborative working environment, called TwinSpace.
As part of the eTwinning Community, a search engine is available to contact teachers from all over Europe.
