6é ORAL ENGLISH COMMUNICATION – From 21st to 24th April

We are going to review the grammatical structures of the English Class Book.

Let’s review the past simple, with the following structures and examples:

-Interrogative  “Did they find + object?”   Did they find one knife? (Page 16 of the Class Book).

-Affirmative  “Subject + verb+ed/irregular verb + object”   The Romans cooked on a fire/ate pizza  (Page 17 of the Class Book).

-Negative  “Subject + didn’t + verb + object“   The Romans didn’t learn Latin (Page 16 of the Class Book).

In the exercises 2 of the pages number 16 and 17 there are vocabulary and verbs to practise (necklace, spoon, learned, drank,…).

Then you can RECORD yourself with a mobile phone/tablet or** (in audio or video)

Saying the structure “Did they find + object?” with 2 different OBJECTS.

Saying the structure “Subject + verb+ed/irregular verb + object” with 1 REGULAR VERB AND 1 IRREGULAR VERB.

Saying the structure “Subject + didn’t + verb + object” with 2 different ACTIONS.

You can use the actions and verbs of the exercises 2 of the pages number 16 and 17, or different ones if you prefer (for instance: Did they find one horse?).
