Project Erasmus+ Quality Standards for VET Internationalization (QSVI) – 2025-1-ES01-KA210-VET-000362473
Approved in the Erasmus+ 2025 call for proposals, IES Abastos is participating as a partner in the QSVI project, which aims to design a standardized, sustainable, and inclusive model for the internationalization of vocational training (FP), aligned with the ISO 9001:2015 standard. This model seeks to strengthen quality, innovation, and sustainability in all phases of international mobility—from planning to dissemination—by incorporating environmental awareness measures and inclusion criteria. For the school, this project represents a key step forward in consolidating its internationalization processes, contributing to improved quality and traceability in the management of European mobility programs. The collaboration involves vocational training centers and companies from various autonomous communities and European countries, which are participating in a multi-stakeholder hackathon to co-design procedures, tools, and quality standards applicable to mobility. Thanks to this collaboration, students and teachers at IES Abastos benefit from a shared framework that facilitates continuous improvement, reduces administrative burdens, and ensures inclusive and climate-responsible participation in international projects. The project will culminate in the publication of a Best Practices Manual and a European dissemination event, strengthening the school’s capacity to act as a benchmark for quality and innovation within the Network of Excellence. This project allows IES Abastos to enhance its internationalization management system, aligning its procedures with the ISO 9001:2015 standard and consolidating its position as a leader in quality and innovation applied to vocational training.
