Project Bring & Develop Good Education Systems – BRIDGES (Capacity Building, América Latina) – 101129387
IES Abastos is participating as an associate partner in the BRIDGES project, which aims to promote dual vocational training in the tourism sector in Latin America. In this role, the school contributes its expertise in internationalization, digitalization, and dual learning, providing teachers specializing in Artificial Intelligence who have delivered online training for the project modules. This collaboration has allowed the consortium to share IES Abastos’ experience in the educational use of AI and Big Data, enhancing the quality of training content and improving the employability of young people in the evolving tourism sector.
The cooperation involves universities, chambers of commerce, vocational training centers, and development agencies in Mexico, Bolivia, and Argentina, along with European partners from Italy, Greece, and Spain. IES Abastos’ participation has facilitated the transfer of European best practices in digital innovation and sustainability, strengthening international academic cooperation and expanding the school’s network of strategic contacts.
