The technological progress and the paradigm shift in interpersonal relationships after the pandemic have made the digital transformation in education a pressing need to lead society towards a more global, inclusive and connected new reality.

As a result, the Conselleria d’Educació, Cultura i Esport (Department of Education, University and Employment) of the Valencian Region, following the strategic guidelines set by the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training, launches the Digital Learning Plan, a plan that will improve the development of the digital competences of educators and students (#DigCompEdu) and will optimise the technological infrastructure of schools (#EcoDigEdu).
