Digital Learning Plan

The Digital Education Action Plan presented by the European Commission aims to transform the current education system and equip it with the necessary digital skills, taking into account inclusion and accessibility criteria. The plan is structured around two key strategic lines of action:

Along these lines, the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training has promoted the Territorial Cooperation Programme (TCP) for the improvement of the Digital Competence of Educators #DigCompEdu (2021-2024), within the Digitalisation and Digital Competences Plan of the Educational Ecosystem (#EcoDigEdu). The main goal of the #DigCompEdu plan is to train and enhance teachers’ digital competence so as to face any new challenges, while the #EcoDigEdu plan will allow educational institutions to be equipped with the necessary technological infrastructure for the digital transformation to take place.

The Conselleria d’Educació, Cultura i Esport (Department of Education, Culture and Sports), following these strategic lines, launches the Digital Learning Plan, which stands on these two pillars: #DigCompEdu, which will improve the development of teachers’ digital skills and #EcoDigEdu, which will optimise the technological capacity of schools.
