TIMETABLE

  • The schedule of the Center are determined by the corresponding regulations and will be respected with accuracy by the students and their families as well as by part of the teachers.
  • Timetable is concentrated in the morning session. In Nursery (Les Marjals building) classes start at 8:55 a.m. and last until 1:55 p.m. In Primary School (Sanchis Guarner building) the classes will be between 9:05 am and 2:05 pm.

  • Each student/student will enter and go out by the same place that has been indicated to his/her group/class. It will be done in order trying not to disturb the companions, avoiding screaming, running and waiting.
  • The gates of the two buildings will close 10 minutes after the start of the classes. As of this moment, any student who arrives late will have to justify the delay with a communication from the families or legal tutor of the student. The non-justified delays will be recorded and the accumulation of questions due to the application of the Center's Organization and Functioning Standards and the corresponding corrective measures.

  • At the end of the morning reading time, the relatives will be the ones responsible for the custody of their children or their children from 1:55 p.m. (Nursery) or from 2:05 p.m. (Primary, those who are left in the dining room).
  • The parents and companions of the students will walk out of the Center and will not enter the playground or stay in the students files, all due to the special circumstances determined by the teachers.
  • No one will be able to enter the classes freely. He will previously inform the caretaker of the reason for his visit in order to be able to notify the corresponding teacher and thus be able to attend to them in the most favorable way possible. Only on the attention to families day (Thursday from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm), parents or legal tutors may go directly to the teacher to talk to him or her. It is advisable to make an appointment.
  • It will not be possible to leave the Center during class hours without a receipt from the parent or legal guardian and for an important reason. In this case, the relatives will take full responsibility.

  • At the end of school hours (13:55 or 14:05 h, depending on the stage) students can use the school canteen until 15:30 h. every day of the week or sporadically when the family needs it.

  • A schedule of extracurricular activities is set between 3:30 pm and 5:00 pm. for all those students whose families cannot take care of them in this time slot. both for those who have made use of the dining room. SCHOOL ABSENTEEISM

  • School absenteeism by students must be justified by the parent, or the tutor, using the absence justification model.
  • After four unexcused absences, the Centre's Management Team will be informed and will inform the relatives parents or legal tutors in writing.

  • Failure to respond by the student's parents or legal tutors will lead to the opening of an information file with the City Council's Social Services.

MEETINGS OF PARENTS OR LEGAL TUTORS

  • Each level Teachers will promptly notify family members or legal tutors of the date of general meetings.

  • Each teacher will communicate the date to the parents or legal tutors to hold an individual interview with them, if they deem it appropriate.

  • Relatives parents or legal tutors who wish to speak with the relative teacher or others will do so during office hours. It is advisable to notify the teacher before the visit.
