On the afternoon of the 16th February, our students, mainly from the 2nd year of high school, accompanied by Herminia Pastor Pina, were able to see how research is carried out and the science behind a reproductive medicine clinic. In this way, they had the opportunity to tour the main facilities and laboratories, as well as learn about the genetic techniques behind in vitro fertilisation. It was also a day in which the scientists and doctors of the Instituto Bernabeu gave a warm welcome to the students, who sacrificed their normal afternoon activities to take part in the activity. Without a doubt, it was an opportunity that they made the most of.
