On 15th and 16th December we will be holding the 1st Comic Fair at the school, taking advantage of the fact that the first assessment period is over and we are close to the Christmas holidays. This Fair is organised by the Educiona publishing house and its main aim is to encourage reading habits and to bring our students closer to the world of comics if they are not already familiar with them. During these two days in the foyer of the school you will see mobile shelves (twenty in total) where you can find comics related to different themes:
Manga- How to draw- Japanese culture- Marvel regulars- Social current affairs- Fantasy-History-Classics.
These comics can be purchased by both teachers and students, they will have a special discount and the prices will range between 5 and 20 euros (to be paid in cash at the time of purchase).
For a better organisation of the students, each group will have a timetable to attend the Fair accompanied by the teacher of the assigned hour.
Evening students will not have a fixed visiting timetable, taking into account that the Fair will be closed in the afternoon. They will be able to visit the Fair on the day and at the time that best suits their daily activities.
In addition, families (mothers, fathers, cousins, nieces and nephews...) will be able to visit the Fair from 14:00 to 15:00.
Both teachers and students will be able to visit the fair in costume or with accessories related to the world of comics. By the way... the best costume will win a prize!
Information posters with a QR code have been put up in different parts of the school. This code gives access to a video in which you can access more information about the Fair and the assembly in other schools.
