Cultura Gastronòmica – New Project of CEIP Sanchis Guarner.

Sanchis Guarner School of Ondara has been selected of among all the schools of the Valencian Community to take part in a new project nicknamed "Gastronomic Culture" at what takes part the students of third, fourth, fifth and sixth of primary.

This subject would complement forms part of the Project "Los niños se comen el futuro" of the Joint of *Andalucia, and fuses with the Project of Inquest and Educational Innovation of our school "Menja't el Món. Escola saludable" subsidised by Council, project that has captured the attention of the director of the Fundació Prenauta Ruth Tenorio who, with the collaboration of Scolarest, Anaya and Eurotoques, handed us in person the books and the didactic guides of free mode with the aim to share the two projects.

This Project is based at the "Problems Based Learning (ABP)" as a didactic strategy through the inquest, manipulation and direct experimentation with Andalusian products, accompanied of didactic experiences and activities around the ingredients employed at the elaboration of the dishes, internalising the kens, procedures, abilities, attitudes and values of a funny mode and, especially, cooperative.

The 8 sessions of which features "Gastronomic Culture" will realise at the hour of "Projects", working of transversal mode with the subjects of mathematicians, Spanish, social sciences and natural sciences at the same *temsps that learn a distinct typical recipe at each level furthering at the students, since the early ages, healthy habits at the supply and his health, and the ken of the existent gastronomic culture at Spain.

At the last session the children and the infants will enjoy of the experience of a MASTERCLASS imparted by a Chef of the European Association of Eurotoques.

11 F – International Day of Women and Girls Science.

Las week the CEIP Sanchis Guarner of Ondara realised an activity at remembrance of the 11 February - "International Day of the Wife and the scientific Infant", furthered by Commission of Equality and Coexistence of our Centre, based at the campaign #NoMoreMatildas at which has adhered our Centre, project that has the aim to give visibility at the scientific wives muted along the history and empower at the girls at the world of the science.

During the week have worked at the distinct classroom activities related with this project and each class has designed a lemma with a A3 paper sheet , with those that has formed a mural at the principal runner of the Sanchis Guarner building and at the entry of the Marjals building.

For last has made a video recopilatori of the activity to give diffusion at this coeducational activity.

Christmas 2021

This year, the Theater of childish and of Primary that had foreseen at the Auditory have postponed for at a later date, because of the tall incidence accrued at the Marina Alta and at the local field and of the numerous positive cases of Covid-19 at the school, some waiting to confirm by Public Health organism.

Everything and this, have been able to enjoy of the party with the Christmas carols of Childish and the Christmas carols of Primary that have realised at the respective edifices, at the outside:

The students of Childish interpreted the Christmas carols the Tuesday 21. The last day, the Wednesday 22, at Les Marjals got the visit of the Herald, whereas at the edifice Sanchis Guarner, the students of Primary interpreted the Christmas carols at the sector of the terracings, where came it Gironera at delivering the gifts of it AMPA at size that go ending the performances and at enjoying of the show. Després had cake for all the students and it AMPA gave the ones with a big chocolate.

25 N - International Day against Gender Violence

The 25 of November the CEIP Sanchis Guarner of Ondara commemorated the International Day against the Gender violence. Since the Commission of Equality and Coexistence proposed the preparation of "La Puerta Violeta" (The purple door), based at the song of Rozalen.

During the week of the 25 of November, at the tutories worked a handicraft, realising a purple butterfly decorated, to get conscience and sensitise at the students on the themed.

The day 25 of November lowered all the classes and each pupil hanged his butterfly at the mural.

At the same time, realised a videoclip (available at the low section) of the activity, combining the distinct images of the 25N with the pupils of sixth, that interpret the stanzas with the language of signs.

The school Sanchis Guarner of Ondara says a big "NO-NO" at any type of violence.

Ondara’s Sanchis Guarner School is celebrating HALLOWEEN 2021, with a lot of terrifying activities.

This year, the Sanchis Guarner School of Ondara has been able to enjoy of the Halloween. Since the area of English, has explained the ones at the pupils the provenance and the culture and tradition of this English festivity. The masters of English also have organised activities for all the week:

The checkrooms of Halloween: come with a terrifying disguised (Wednesday), take something gruesome at the head (Thursday), and take a terrifying lunch (Friday).
Also they have organised a contest of pumpkins decorated that has had very successful. Prize at the most terrying, at the most fun, at the most creative and at what more effort has needed. Here you have the sample:

On the other hand, the students of the Sanchis Guarner, of 1st at 6th, have gone to visit the passage of the terror organised by the Regidoria of Culture inside of the Program Scares the Fear, accompanied of the professorship, and dressing with terrifying costumes.

The master of Artistic Nurture, Josep Vidal, moved the classroom of artistic at the House of the Culture, to explain at the pupils the Valencian Monsters (The quarantamaula, the Man of the noses, the Butoni, the Cucafera, etc), enjoy them with his terrifying explanations.

CARD AT THE EDUCATIONAL COMMUNITY

The next 18 of November celebrate the elections at school councils at the educational centres. Families, students and personnel of the educational centres are convened to vote to elect the persons that will represent the voice of the educational community at this organ of governance.

How you know, the school councils take part in the decisions and projects more transcendental that affect the educational community, and for example: the Commission of selection of the director/at; the specific Plan of organisation of the school day; the Plan of performances for the improvement; the multilingual and intercultural Program; the Plan of coexistence; the educational Plan of the school canteen; etc. Therefore, this electoral process represents a challenge and an opportunity to contribute at the improvement of the quality of the nurture.

Ara is the moment at what can decide and design egalitarian and full arenas of opportunities for the students. This turnout, besides, has to be a responsible and committed decision for part of all the members of the educational community so that it is as well as guarantees a democratic educational centre, with solidarity and plural.

I take advantage of this occasion to appreciate, in advance, all the sectors of the educational community his implication at this electoral process. With your vote, your centre improves.

The Sanchis Guarner School on Ondara has been awarded the international prize of the eMove Festival in the category of educational and didactic video games, in Kinépolis (Valencia)

The Sanchis Guarner school of Ondara has been awarded with the international prize of the Festival eMove at the category of educational video games, at Kinèpolis (Valencia).

The Sanchis Guarner school of Ondara got the Saturday 23 of October the international prize of the Festival Escolar and Undergraduate of the Audiovisual Arts, known how Festival eMove, with a depiction of the pupils of 6th, of the Managerial Squad and of the Educational Check.

Our centre has been one of the 37 awarded of all the national territory at the 6th Edition of the Festival, at the category of educational and didactic video games.
The prize, that sums at the achieved the course passed by part of the Spanish Foundation of Science and Tech (FECYT), consists at a supporting diploma of the prize for the Centre and the ¨Dream¨ statuette. The pupils assistants also obtained a diploma customised with his name.

The Festival eMove has three aims: incorporate the nurture at values at the educational project of the Centre by means of audiovisual productions, foster the fans for the arts as a font of information and cultural enrichment and, for last, motivate and reward the creativity of the students.

The creativity of the pupils at the design of the video game has been assessed by the best professionals of the cinema and the television as Paramount, Warner Bros, Atresmedia, Discovery, the Spanish Association of Video games (AEVI), Walt Disney, Clan and National Geographic, who have rewarded us and awarded one of the best school awards at the national field.

At the delivery of prizes was present the Director attachment of the cabinet of the Minister of Nurture and Professional Training, the President of the Council Escolar of the Valencian Community, the CEO of the Valencian Institute of Culture and the President of the Valencian Academy of the Audiovisual.

The City council of Ondara, since the Regidoria of Educació and the Regidoria of Cultura, collaborated at this delivery of prizes providing at the school the transport.

The Sanchis Guarner de Ondara school has been the Spanish champion in educational programming and robotics, with the #GIRLSGONNA project.

The Sanchis Guarner de Ondara school has been champion of Spain in programming and educational robotics, with the project #girlsgonna organized by the Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology (FECYT), based on a video game contest on women scientists, with the aim of giving them visibility and empower girls in the world of technology, reducing the digital gender gap.

With this project the students have been able to work on mathematics (positive and negative numbers with the coordinate axis), oral and written expression of languages (with dialogue, text editing and information research), science (contrasting scientific information and on viruses) and technology (with the use of digital tablets in the classroom and with block programming on the Scratch platform). In addition, coeducation and civic and social values have been worked on. It has been an innovative, inclusive and motivating project, in which the students have enjoyed and learned a lot.

CEIP Sanchis Guarner, participated last year in the project « Programa Tu Obra »with which a robot and a play were programmed, remaining semifinalists. This year, with this award, the school consolidates itself as a reference center on a national scale in educational programming and robotics.

The students of the CEIP Sanchis Guarner of Ondara enjoy the Dàmaris Gelabert’s concert at the bullring.

Today, Thursday March 25, the students of CEIP Sanchis Guarner, have been able to enjoy an educational recreational option in the open air with Dámaris Gelabert at the Ondara Bullring. Dámaris Gelabert is a well-known songwriter and singer of all kinds of children's songs.

This concert has been held during school hours and behind closed doors, with all prevention measures. In a first session for the students of the Escoleta Infantil and Les Marjals, and in a second, for the students of Les Marjals and Sanchis Guarner.

Hygiene measures and the corresponding bullring protocol have been followed in the act to prevent the spread of covid-19.

The students of the CEIP Sanchis Guarner of Ondara enjoy the theater in English, in the bullring.

CEIP Sanchis Guarner de Ondara students enjoyed two theater sessions in English, in charge of the Culture Theater Forum, for children and elementary school students from Ondara. On the one hand, for the children of Infantile and the first cycle of primary school, the play “My Little Library” was offered at 9:30 am; and for the 2nd and 3rd cycle of primary school, the play The New Little Library was offered at 12 noon.

It should be mentioned that at the end of each school term, the Ondara City Council programs theaters for all the students of the Marjals and Sanchis Guarner Schools. Within «La Joya de la cultura» to make «safe culture» in these times of pandemic, the activity was carried out in a municipal open-air space, skill with covid-19 prevention protocols, such as the Ondara.

Both students and teachers enjoyed the most with these open-air theater sessions, which were held to end the term before the Easter and Easter holidays.
