The International Day of Women and the Girl Child in Science is celebrated on 11 February. For this reason, the students of the elective subject Communicative Competence in English of 4th ESO have prepared a new edition of the journal with women scientists. The cover has been designed by one of the students and among the interviews we highlight the interview with Esther Sendra Nadal, professor of the UMH and secretary of the Department. of Agro-food Technology. There are also interviews with several teachers of the center giving their opinion about the role of women in science. We also include an interview with Raquel López, a student of this center, who although not as a female scientist, appears as the winner of the Fortius Award for best female base athlete.
