Erasmus Mobilities in Vocational Training: Enhancing Professional and Linguistic Competence
Our educational institution is committed to offering vocational training students the opportunity to participate in Erasmus mobilities with the aim of improving both their professional skills and English proficiency, thereby facilitating their entry into a globalized labor market. Through internships in international companies, students will be able to apply their knowledge in a real-world setting while developing new professional and linguistic skills.
Objectives of the Internationalization Program
- Increase English Language Proficiency
Raise the English language level of both students and vocational training teachers by engaging them in Erasmus projects and multilingual programs, to enhance their ability to interact in an international environment. - On-the-Job Training in European Companies
Provide students with the opportunity to complete their On-the-Job Training in European companies related to their field of study, where they can gain work experience in a real-world, European context, enriching their professional profile. - Integration of Active Learning Methodologies
Enable teachers to participate in the Erasmus project, allowing for the incorporation of new active learning methodologies that encourage student engagement and the acquisition of innovative skills. - Promotion of Gender Equality and Interdisciplinary Collaboration
Promote gender equality in STEAM programs by encouraging female student participation and fostering collaboration among students from different professional areas through innovative and sustainable projects that address current challenges from diverse perspectives.
This project not only aims to improve the professional and linguistic abilities of the participants but also to contribute to creating a more inclusive and collaborative educational culture, committed to developing skills needed for Europe’s future workforce and society.
