On Wednesday, 16th November, the ceremony of the Extraordinary Awards for the academic year 2020-2021 took place in the Palau de Altea. Various public officials from Altea and the Conselleria d'Educació were present. At this event, diplomas were awarded to Secondary and Baccalaureate students from the province of Alicante, in which they were publicly recognised for their effort and hard work in obtaining good academic results during their Secondary studies. Among the winners we have students from our school who collected their awards accompanied by their families, the teacher Gema Martí and the school principal, Domingo Castillo. These students are currently studying 2nd Baccalaureate and are: Alberto Navalón Lillo (2nd Bach. B), Marina González Palmeiro (2nd Bach. A), Timea Gabriella Veres (2nd Bach. D). As well as Lucía Colomina Segura (2nd Bach. B), Claudia Fernández García (2nd Bach. B) and María Llopis Sánchez (2nd Bach. C) who, although they studied at El Centre Privat Santa Faz, are now students of IES María Blasco.
