APPLICATION FOR FINANCIAL AID FOR SCHOOL SUPPLIES ACADEMIC YEAR 2023/2024
A resolution has been published calling for aid for non-curricular school materials (neither books nor computer material are included) for students belonging to families in a situation of socioeconomic vulnerability for the 2023/24 academic year, in which the following points are established:
WHO CAN APPLY?
Students enrolled in non-university educational centers owned by the Generalitat, dependent on the Ministry with competences in matters of education, and students enrolled in subsidized private centers or centers of different public ownership in the Generalitat, which have the school canteen service, at levels of the second cycle of Early Childhood Education, Primary Education and Special Education.
WHO CAN BE A BENEFICIARY?
➡️ IMPORTANT! The STUDENTS who are beneficiaries of the FULL AID or the DIRECT BENEFICIARIES of the school canteen will be beneficiario@ of this aid. (SCHOLARSHIP A)
HOW MUCH IS THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT?
➡️ The maximum amount of this aid will be €30 and is the same for all beneficiaries.
WHAT CAN I BUY WITH THAT MONEY?
➡️ Here is the list of the material that can be purchased and justified:

This non-curricular school material must have been purchased by the applicant between June 22 and September 30, 2023.
HOW TO APPLY?
☑️ If during the 2022/23 academic year the canteen aid was requested and the draft SOLOS application is available, you will have to CHECK THE BOX corresponding to the school material aid presented to the draft of the canteen and present it at the center without the need to provide further documentation.
☑️ People who do not have the draft application for the dining room grant (NEW SCHOLARSHIPS) will have to FILL IN THE APPLICATION and submit it to the center along with the application for the dining room grant. Annex Y available from the centre’s secretariat or at the following link:
WHEN CAN I APPLY?
➡️ The opening hours for families will open next Monday 12th:
✅ 9:05 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
✅ 1:05 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
In all cases, the deadline for submission is 5 July.
WHAT DO I DO ONCE I’M GRANTED?
Once the resolution granting material aid has been published on the notice board of the educational centre, the beneficiaries have a MAXIMUM PERIOD OF 10 WORKING DAYS to submit an INVOICE in the name of the applicant, in which the material acquired is clearly identified.
The invoice will have to meet all the requirements required under current regulations.
VERY IMPORTANT: Purchase receipts or similar will not be accepted.
HOW DID YOU RECEIVE THAT HELP?
The payment of the aid will be made, through the educational centres, in a single payment, once the supporting documentation (invoice) has been checked. In no case may the amount paid be higher than the amount justified by the documentation submitted by the applicant.

Once the transfer of the amount of the aid has been received, the school will make the payment to the beneficiaries. At that time, the father, mother, legal guardian of the beneficiary student will have to sign the list downloaded through the ITACA application, indicating their DNI/NIE or passport, as a sign of agreement and as justification of their receipt.
