Once again, we enjoyed our first celebration of the school year: Halloween. It was a day full of fun, creativity, and togetherness, giving our pupils the opportunity to enjoy a different kind of school day while encouraging teamwork and creating unforgettable memories. The morning began with a face painting and temporary tattoo workshop, where several volunteer families transformed our children into spooky and imaginative Halloween characters. Family Day with Giant Traditional Games
At CEIP San Luis, we celebrated International Family Day in a very special way: with a day of giant traditional games, where children and adults shared laughter, connection, and lots of movement! 🧡 The activity was a great success, full of fun moments and meaningful interactions between families, students, and staff. 🌍🏃♂️Solidarity Race for Peace Day🏃♀️🌍
This Wednesday, we experienced a very special day full of sport, solidarity, and unity among schools. CEIP San Luis organised a solidarity race to raise funds for Save the Children, and we were lucky to count on the participation of CEIP Puig Jover from La Estación, CEIP Cardenal Belluga from San Felipe Neri, and IES Macià Abela from Crevillent. 🙌 The day began with a warm welcome from the San Luis students, who shared heartfelt reflections about peace. Playtime with Mondrian: Shapes and Primary Colours
🟥🟦🟨 In January, we’ve been taking inspiration from the artist Piet Mondrian to continue exploring art and all its possibilities. We’ve looked closely at his work, learned to recognize the primary colours (red, blue, and yellow), and played games to identify shapes like squares, circles, and triangles. What amazing little artists we have in our classroom! 🧑🎨👩🎨 Art in Kindergarten is a wonderful window into the world — and we’re enjoying it so much! 🎨✨
