From Spain to Poland: Learning, Sharing and Celebrating Together

CEIP La Llauria de Castalla (Alacant)

Our project began with a simple idea: to build a bridge. Not a bridge made of stone, but one built on curiosity, trust and friendship between students from Spain and Poland. We believe in an inclusive education that offers real opportunities to every student. That is why every activity became a step towards learning, sharing and celebrating together, while naturally integrating international collaboration into the curriculum. The true protagonists were the students, who explored, created, collaborated and built their own bridge, proving that learning means connecting people, cultures and opportunities.

Give me five, be my friend

CEIP Torrefiel (València)

The project “Give me five, be my friend!”, developed during the 2024-25 school year, is based on the concept of friendship as one of the most important European values for our students. The protagonists of this adventure were the third-grade students of CEIP Torrefiel. They collaborated to write a story and shared a song about friendship, creating genuine bonds in the process.

Mystery expedition

CEIP Serrano Clavero (Requena)

During the 2025–26 academic year, Year 3 and Year 4 pupils at CEIP Serrano Clavero in Requena took part in an eTwinning project called ‘Mystery Expedition’. As part of the project, they went on a virtual journey through different countries around the world, accompanied by Captain Phileas Fogg. They also created collaborative books in which they shared cultural aspects of these different countries.

Once upon a Kingdom

IES de Vallada (València)

Once Upon a Kingdom is an eTwinning project in which students from 13 different countries travel around the four countries of the UK along with Paddington, in order to learn idioms and expressions, culture and traditions; as well as the most outstanding places in each country. Therefore, we have created collaborative products such as a digital book, lapbooks or presentations.

Super’euro’heroes to the rescue

IES de Vallada (València)

Super’euro’heroes to the Rescue is an eTwinning project in which students from four different countries create four superheroes with four powers in order to save the Earth; based on four SGDs (2: Zero Hunger, 13; Climate Action, 14; Life Below Water and 15: Life on Land). Their missions are gathered on a digital book that tells each superhero beginning and the meeting held at the Central Academy in Brussels, which will lead them to their final mission. This is a special project because half of it was done during lockdown and it kept as communicated thanks to eTwinning.

Unstress yourself

José Arnauda College (Alcoy)

In April 2025, pupils at the José Arnauda School in Alcoy worked together to create ‘The Unstressful Book’, an interactive resource featuring videos filmed in meaningful locations and relaxation techniques. They also designed the logo and slogan, which were put to an international vote. The project promoted emotional wellbeing, digital literacy and European cooperation, culminating in a digital and printed edition for educational use.
