A group of eleven students and two teachers from the Centre Públic de Formació de Persones Adultes Serafí de Centelles in Oliva took part in an Erasmus+ mobility programme in Turin during the week of May 3rd to 9th, 2026. This educational and cultural experience was developed in collaboration with CIPIA5, an Italian centre dedicated to adult education.
During their stay, the group attended classes at different campuses of the Italian centre, located in Rivoli, Pinerolo and Giaveno, where they participated in science, Italian language, and physical and postural education activities. This experience allowed the students to share learning spaces with Italian learners, discover different educational methodologies and practise communication in international contexts.
The mobility programme also included cultural visits to discover the heritage and gastronomy of the Piedmont region.
Beyond academic learning, this Erasmus+ experience represented an opportunity for personal growth, coexistence and cultural openness for all participants, reinforcing European values, inclusion and lifelong learning.
The centre highlights the value of this type of international project, which helps broaden horizons, create connections and transform education into a shared experience beyond the classroom.
