eTwinning
As a new feature this year, the CRA El Tejo and other partners of European schools have been accepted to participate in a project within the eTwinning platform called «Little Treasures of our city».
The project seeks to encourage students to discover cultural and natural treasures of their local environment, present them in English and share them with their peers across Europe. Through this process, they will improve their communication skills in English, develop their cultural awareness, enhance their creativity, and will strengthen their digital skills. In this project, the students choose a cultural or natural treasure from your surroundings (such as a monument, a park, a traditional dish, a craft or a custom) and the will present in English. All works will be shared in the eTwinning platform.
At the end of the project, all the school partners will collaborate to create a digital exhibition or a e-book showing student’s contributions.In this way, students will promote their own culture and explore the cultures of the of their European colleagues.
Como novedad de este curso, el CRA El Tejo y otros socios de colegios europeos hemos sido aceptados para participar en un proyecto europeo dentro de la plataforma eTwinning llamado “Pequeños Tesoros de nuestra ciudad”.
El proyecto busca animar al alumnado a descubrir los tesoros culturales y naturales de su entorno local, presentarlos en inglés y compartirlos con sus compañeros de toda Europa. A través de este proceso, mejorarán sus habilidades comunicativas en inglés, desarrollarán su conciencia cultural, potenciarán su creatividad y fortalecerán sus competencias digitales. En este proyecto, el alumnado elegirá un tesoro cultural o natural de su entorno (como un monumento, un parque, un plato tradicional, una artesanía o una costumbre) y lo presentará en inglés.
Todos los trabajos se compartirán en la plataforma eTwinning. Al finalizar el proyecto, todos los centros educativos asociados colaborarán para crear una exposición digital o un libro electrónico que muestre las contribuciones del alumnado. De esta manera, el alumnado promoverá su propia cultura y explorará las culturas de sus compañeros europeos.
