Graduation 2025

🎓✨The end of the school year always brings a mix of emotions — pride, excitement, a few tears, and lots of hugs. This year, we celebrated the graduation of five incredible students who are ready to take their next steps with courage, curiosity, and confidence. 🎉 From Kindergarten, we cheered for Emanuel and Liz, who have grown so much and are now ready for the big adventure of Primary! 🎉 From Year 6, we celebrated the journey of Inaya, Lynn, and Miguel, who leave behind beautiful memories, strong friendships, and a big mark on our little school. We’ll miss your …

Last Reading Buddies Session of the Season

🍦📚 To say goodbye to the school year properly, we celebrated our final reading buddies session with a sweet and refreshing activity… in the shape of an ice cream! 😋☀️ Each reading buddy pair chose a summer-themed book: beach stories, pirates, sunny adventures, summer mysteries or unforgettable trips. Afterwards, they represented the book they had read as a creative ice cream scoop, decorated with drawings, key words and personal opinions. Each scoop stood for a different book, and together they built a beautiful summer literary collection! 🍨✍️🌴 It was a lovely way to celebrate reading, the bond between older and …

Road Safety Education 2025

Today we had a very special visit at school: the Local Police of Crevillent came to carry out a fun and educational road safety activity! 👮‍♂️✨ Through games, circuits, and explanations adapted to each group, we learned basic rules to become responsible pedestrians and better understand traffic signs. We had the chance to put ourselves in the shoes of both drivers and pedestrians, and reflect on the importance of safety in the streets. 🚦🚙 Besides learning a lot, we had a great time. A big thank you to the Local Police for their kindness and for teaching us how to …

Family Day with Giant Traditional Games

At CEIP San Luis, we celebrated International Family Day in a very special way: with a day of giant traditional games, where children and adults shared laughter, connection, and lots of movement! 🧡 The activity was a great success, full of fun moments and meaningful interactions between families, students, and staff. We enjoyed classic games in large formats, promoting cooperation, memory, skill, and the spirit of shared play. 🎯 We aimed, jumped, strategized, and above all, enjoyed a joyful and educational time together, with families taking an active role in our school life. 💬 Because school is better when we …

✨Storyteller Alberto Caldrán from Fàbrica de Paraules pays a visit✨

Today at CEIP San Luis, we experienced a truly special day with the visit of Alberto Caldrán, from Fàbrica de Paraules, thanks to the support of our PIIE project. For a while, The English Lab was transformed into a space of magic, imagination, and shared emotions through his captivating storytelling. 🧙‍♂️📖 💬 We laughed, we dreamed, and we even travelled without moving… just by listening. It was a very different kind of reading promotion activity from what we usually do, like our reading buddy sessions, and it left a very special mark on our hearts and imagination. 🎭 Alberto showed …

Robotics and Scratch Workshops

Thanks to the PIIE project at the school, we have launched several robotics workshops over the past few weeks, coinciding with the celebration of the International Day of Women and Girls in Science! 🔬💡 Both Primary students and children from Kindergarten have participated. In each session, they have experimented, programmed, and explored the world of educational robotics with the help of a specialized company. 🤖🛠️ Additionally, the older students received a programming masterclass, where they created their own video game using Scratch. They have it saved on their USB drives so they can keep improving it whenever they want! 🎮💾 …

🌍🏃‍♂️Solidarity Race for Peace Day🏃‍♀️🌍

This Wednesday, we experienced a very special day full of sport, solidarity, and unity among schools. CEIP San Luis organised a solidarity race to raise funds for Save the Children, and we were lucky to count on the participation of CEIP Puig Jover from La Estación, CEIP Cardenal Belluga from San Felipe Neri, and IES Macià Abela from Crevillent. 🙌 The day began with a warm welcome from the San Luis students, who shared heartfelt reflections about peace. Then, students from the Physical Education Technician programme at IES Macià Abela led us in a super fun warm-up before the races …

Discovering the Light Table

This week we visited the school library for the very first time, with the windows closed, and it was such a magical experience! With lots of curiosity and excitement, we discovered something new that really caught our attention: the light table! Among bookshelves full of stories and picture books, we explored shapes, colours and translucent materials, experimenting with light in a sensory and creative way. It was a very special first contact with the library. Little by little, we’ll keep discovering it, always through wonder, calmness and the joy of learning. We’ll continue to share our reading and exploring adventures …
