DIGITAL IDENTITY-OFFICE 365

CEIP San Luis is one of the schools in the Valencian Community where the new Collaborative Digital Center (CDC) model has been implemented.

The five conrner stones of the CDC are:Lliurex operating system, AULES platform, Web família platform, the websites of each educational center hosted on PortalEdu, as well as the Microsoft Office 365 platform controlled by the Generalitat, which complements the previous ones and enhances the use of ICT in educational centers. It provides email accounts, promotes collaborative work within the school community, and encourages collaboration between teachers and students.

The implementation of the new Microsoft 365 platform began on April 26, 2021, and prior to that, training was provided to the two selected individuals at the center. Both committed to taking on leadership roles and supporting their colleagues throughout the process.

Education and the DGTIC (General Directorate of Information and Communication Technologies) initiate training in the pilot centers for the new model of digital educational tools.

The entire educational community has begun to be part of this program.

This cloud-based education platform provides a secure learning environment, respecting privacy and compliance with data protection regulations. It equips students with digital skills such as collaboration, creativity, and computational thinking, which are essential to meet the demands of the digital era.

All students have a Digital Identity associated with a Microsoft Office 365 account, which can be found in the student’s profile on the ITACA family website. There’s an image below for reference on its location.

In the student’s profile, you will find a new email (user@edu.gva.es) and a password with a recovery code in case it is forgotten. This digital identity allows you to access the Office 365 portal by following the steps below:

STEP 1: Enter the email address (user@edu.gva.es).”

STEP 2: Enter password

STEP 3: Decide whether you would like to ramien logged in for future access.

You will now have the application open.

Verify that your username and password work correctly and allow you to open the application without any issues. If you are unable to access, please notify the school so that we can report the incident.
