Course Objectives

The course had the following main objectives:

• Develop essential competencies for educational leadership, including communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and change management.

• Reflect on personal leadership styles and identify areas for professional improvement.

• Understand the role of innovation in education and how to implement it in real school contexts.

• Design innovative educational projects applying the skills acquired.

• Build international professional relationships and share best practices with other educational leaders.

Program and Activities

The course combined theoretical sessions, practical workshops, and reflection and networking activities:

• Communication workshops: Improving effective communication, active listening, and constructive feedback.
