Associations, NGOs, and Collaborating Entities
The NGO Dona’m la Mà in Torrent works to support people in vulnerable situations, promoting solidarity and social well-being through various initiatives and projects. Additionally, it has collaborated in organizing events for the Multicultural Week and the welcome sessions organized by the adult school in Torrent.

La casa de la dona de Torrent
The Casa de la Dona of Torrent has actively collaborated with the Torrent Adult School through talks and presentations focused on women and gender equality. On key dates such as November 25th, the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, various awareness-raising activities have been carried out to promote a fairer and more equal society.

EMTRE (EMTREDUCA)
EMTREDUCA is the environmental education program for sustainability of EMTRE, funded since 2022 by the Ministry of Agriculture, Environment, Climate Change and Rural Development; and since June 2023 by the Ministry of Environment, Water, Infrastructure, and Territory. It is the tool developed by the organization, along with the outreach and public awareness campaigns also funded by the ministry, to extend the culture of sustainability, particularly related to the issue of waste. It is a program available to all municipalities in the Metropolitan Area of Valencia. They offer interactive workshops, complemented by talks, training sessions, and technical visits for all audiences on the main challenges in waste prevention, minimization, and recycling.
