Holding open days is not mandatory and doing them is not that useful either: your power of choice is very limited by the capacity of each school and by the points you can get. In addition, in the most beautiful school you can get the teacher you like the least and in the oldest and ugliest you can get the teacher of your dreams. What’s more, you can get your favorite school with your favorite teacher and the following year the teacher leaves and ruins your plans.

A school is much more than what you can see in a little while. Fortunately all schools are good schools in Aspe. When you get a school that you didn’t want, you have two options: You can get used to the idea and enjoy the trip or you can show your displeasure every day, making life very difficult for everyone, especially your children.
The algorithm will decide your center, but it is you who must make it your school.
If you do not like your school or if you do not trust the teachers or the administration, now is the time to try to change schools. During the school year is a lot more complicated.

ALL SCHOOLS ARE GOOD SCHOOLS IN ASPE
Our roots are in the “New Schools”, built in the early 1930s with the effort and participation of an entire town led by a mayor with great will and determination. After ninety years at the service of the children in Aspe, we are changing our exterior although we continue to preserve the enthusiasm and excitement of those first occupants of Doctor Calatayud Elementary School.
Our school changes location to be able to offer our community the school they deserve, but we remain the same people who have always cared about the education and well-being of the children of Aspe and their families. A school is much more than the space it occupies, but that space is very important. We are a school, and we want to be a place of creation and learning, experimentation, freedom and life.
