Listicexpialidocious. Even though the sound of it is something quite atrocious, the first grade students said it with ease (its initials DNA) yesterday while experiencing a very special science activity: extracting DNA from strawberries. It was a fascinating experiment that they thoroughly enjoyed, and it sparked everyone’s curiosity.
Who knows… Maybe this was the first step toward a future scientific career. What’s certain is that science made them enjoy, think and learn in a fun and exciting way.
