David McKee created Elmer the elephant in 1968. Since then his stories about inclusion, celebration of friendship and accepting differences have been present around the world.
Elmer visits us now as Mafalda did before to encourage our kids (and some teachers too) to read his stories and have fun, leaving the cell phone and tablet aside and picking up a book instead.
