This Saturday, we welcomed our friends from Finland and Germany to our school. They will be staying with families from our school community for the week. We especially appreciate the parents who helped with the welcome and offered to pick them up from the airport.
During their stay, we’ll be visiting the town and nearby cities so they can get to know our surroundings. If you see them around, feel free to greet them and give them a warm welcome: Tervetuloa in Finnish and Willkommen in German.
For us, it is a pleasure and a wonderful opportunity to learn from these European friends and to share our culture and way of life with them.
