We have realized that some of you observe the children when they are in the schoolyard. Some of you have even recorded videos or taken photos.
You can do what you want, but you’re not doing them any good. In the playground, the students should only worry about playing, interacting and learning to solve their conflicts with the help (only occasionally) of the teachers.
Boys and girls do not behave in the same way and sometimes even decide not to participate in the games when they know that you are watching them. Sometimes they will seek conflict to feel supported and other times they will avoid it so as not to disappoint you. In general, there are no professionals who think that it is a good idea.
