We would like to remind you of something that sometimes gets lost in the rush of everyday life: those of us who work here are not against your children — we are here for them and with them. Our goal is to support them as they grow, learn, make mistakes, mature, and build their own path.
We know it’s not always easy to hear a recommendation, a warning, or a request from school. But when we speak up, it’s not to bother, judge, or impose. It’s because, from our experience, we believe it will help them. Because we care. We see them every day, we walk beside them, and we want the best for them.
Nobody gets angry at the doctor’s when they tell us we need to exercise more or that our cholesterol is too high. We understand it’s not a personal attack, but advice meant to take care of us. It’s the same here: when we talk to you, it’s not a criticism — it’s part of our role as educators.
The relationship between families and school must be built on trust. If we row in the same direction, everything will be easier for those who matter most: our children.
So, we say it with respect and sincerity: remember, we are not the enemy.
