The CEIP Playas de Orihuela is pleased to present the birth of the
school radio station “Radio Playas”. A radio in “podcast” format made
by the students of the center and addressed to the entire educational community.
We started a journey that we had been wanting to undertake for a long time. A project
plural, open and participatory where there is room for the different sensibilities of
our center, full of information but also entertainment and that can
be interesting for our entire educational community. For this we have
set some very clear goals:

1. Promote multiple didactic activities whose protagonists are children and
are oriented to the development of basic skills in all the areas.
2. Encourage communication between the entire educational community, inside and outside
of the school, and even between it and the local community.
3.Introduce ICT in teaching, learning to use technology and
language related to digital audio and radio.
4.Motivate the creativity and interest of students in their own process of
learning.
5.Promote teamwork and take responsibility.
6.Enable situations of reflection, interpersonal exchange and enrichment
personal and educational.
7.Assimilate a mode of conduct and democratic coexistence that respects the
difference and opinion.

To achieve all these objectives that we have set ourselves, we have created
“Radio Days” a magazine program with different sections that will serve us
as a guiding thread and where we will try to accommodate all profiles of
our educational reality.
The news, interview and music section are the parts of which it consists and
We hope you like it as much as we have had fun making it.
In this first program we want to thank the participation of the following students:

Andrei (6ºC) In the initial monologue

Catalina (5ºB) and Louise (5ºC) as presenters

Ioana (5ºC) and Luna (5ºC) as interviewers

Izan (6th A) and Holly (5th A) in the news section: “Què està passant?”

Samantha (6th B) in the musical section: “Kamusi for everyone”
