Our school has a lunch at school service. Every day, more than 300 children eat at school.
From the first day of school in October to the last day of school in May, families can decide when their children will leave at 3:30 p.m. or 5:00 p.m. After 5:00 p.m., many days there is the option of also joining sports activities that take place at the school.
In the months of September and June, class hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and children who use the lunch at school service remain at school until 2:30 p.m.
The food served in the dining room is cooked every day in the school kitchens by specialized personnel. The daily menu meets the requirements of maximum quality, freshness, variety and nutritional criteria required by the Administration.
The menus that are served are adapted to the needs of children with allergies, food intolerances, or religious circumstances. You can check with the school for more information about it.
The company that provides the service, and on which the staff that cares for the children during this time at school depends, is COES.
Normally, families who want to request the lunch at school service must do so for a full month, at least. It is not possible to use the service for individual days. The price is 4.25 euros for each diner for each day.
It is possible to apply for the official scholarship, which represents financial aid for families. This aid may involve partial or total financing of the price of the service. The granting of aid depends on the Autonomous Administration, which publishes the list of beneficiaries and the amount assigned after having analyzed each case, according to a scaled score.
The “lunch at school service” scholarship application must be renewed each year. When the official resolution has been published, in the “SECRETARY” section, in the main menu of this Web page, the information about the SCHOLARSHIP application will be posted.
The “lunch at school” service can be complemented with the school transport (bus) service.
