Email account for students

Our center has been selected, along with other centers in the Valencian Community, to join the “Collaborative Digital Center” project of the Ministry of Education.

This project consists of the creation of a corporate email account for students with the format @alu.edu.gva.es, called Digital Identity, which will allow us to:

  • Improve email communication with the entire educational community.
  • Use MSOffice365 tools to create documentation, videoconferences and collaboration among members of the educational community.
  • Improve storage capacity: 1TB for Onedrive and 50GB for email.
  • Integrity with other Ministry platforms such as Aules, PortalEdu, Lliurex, etc.

The students of the center already have this Digital Identity activated. To access the credentials you must follow the following steps:

(For more details on how to access WEBFAMILIA you can click on this link.)

IT SHOULD BE RECOMMENDED TO ACCESS WITH YOUR INITIAL PASSWORD AND CHANGE IT FOR ANOTHER OWN THAT IS MORE COMFORTABLE FOR THE STUDENT.

Project objectives:

  • Innovation: Modernize the ICT tools of the centers.
  • Integration: Unify the learning environment of the centers Integrate the different existing and new applications, offering a unique environment.
  • Equality: Reach all students in the Valencian Community and guarantee equal opportunities.
  • Inclusion: Facilitate access and attention to diversity.

What can we do with Digital Identity?

It is interesting that the student has configured the Outlook app on his mobile device with his digital identity credentials.

Access the tools MSOffice365:

  • Outlook
  • Onedrive
  • Word
  • PowerPoint
  • Excel
  • Teams
  • And other interesting tools

To test the Digital Identity, we recommend accessing the website https://www.office.com and logging in with the credentials @alu.edu.gva.es.

To implement this project in the center, we ask for the collaboration of the families, and if they have any doubts, they can consult the tutor or the secretary.
