El col·le El Palmeral ha celebrat el Dia d’Europa amb diverses iniciatives que han ajudat l’alumnat a aprofundir en els valors i la identitat compartida del continent.

L’activitat principal ha sigut el redisseny de banderes de diferents països europeus, incorporant elements culturals, històrics i simbòlics que reflecteixen la diversitat i la riquesa del projecte europeu.

The El Palmeral School has commemorated Europe Day with a series of initiatives to deepen students’ understanding of the values, history, and shared identity of our continent.

To begin with, pupils took part in redesigning European flags, incorporating cultural, historical, and symbolic elements that highlight the richness and diversity of the European project.

L’alumnat ha creat un vídeo divulgatiu on reflexiona sobre què significa ser europeu hui en dia. Destaquen valors com l’amistat entre pobles, la unió, el respecte a les cultures, la protecció de les llengües i la defensa dels drets humans. Enguany aquest treball adquireix un sentit especial, ja que Espanya celebra 40 anys de la seua adhesió a la Unió Europea, un moment que convida a valorar el camí recorregut i a reforçar un futur basat en la cooperació i la solidaritat.

Students have produced an informative video reflecting on what it means to be European today. They highlight key values such as friendship between nations, unity, respect for cultures, protection of languages, and the defence of human rights. This work is especially meaningful this year, as Spain celebrates 40 years since joining the European Union, an anniversary that encourages appreciation of the progress made and a commitment to a future built on cooperation and solidarity.

A més, l’alumnat ha participat en un Kahoot cooperatiu, treballant per parelles i aplicant estratègies de col·laboració (RallyRobin) que afavoreixen l’aprenentatge actiu i la cohesió del grup.

In addition, the students took part in a cooperative Kahoot activity, working in pairs and applying collaboration strategies (RallyRobin) that promote active learning and group cohesion.
