Hi everyone,

In unit 15: DIVISIONS 2, we are learning how:

1. To multiply and divide decimals by 10, 100 and 1000. (revision of Y4)
2. To round decimal numbers to the nearest whole number.
3. To divide 3 digit number by a 2 digit number. 
4. To divide a decimal number by a whole number.  
5. To solve problems involving operations with decimals.

Some of you still make mistakes about how to multiply and divide decimals by 10, 100 and 1000. So, please have a look at these posters to clarify doubts that you might have in the class. These posters are a revision of what you have done. Remember that if you have a question, feel free to ask me!

Now it is time to PRACTISE!!!! So here you have your homework and we will correct it Friday 13^th.

• You can print out this document and later, stick it in your notebook.
• If you don’t want to print it out, copy the activities in your notebook.
• Please, take care of the presentation and try to keep your notebook neat and tidy as well. If you draw a table, please remember to use a ruler!
