Hello cheeky monkeys!!

How are you doing?  This week we are finishing unit 4 about agriculture. 

• Let’s start with a video to know Where do fruits and vegetables come from https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CdPRZ3wjCxA&feature=youtu.be

• You have studied in this unit that there are two types of crops (rainfed and irrigated crops). So, please read page 58 and 59 and you will learn what vegetables, fruits, etc are obtained with these types of crops.

• Now watch the following video about how crops grow? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hhZyaJrNh9o

• Would you like to find out how wheat is grown?. In the file enclosed (Farming wheat presentation) you have all the information, have a look!! 

• We have arrived to the end of the unit 4. It is time to review what you have learnt. Please do activities in page 62 ex 1, 2 and 3 (notebook).

Finally, this is the challenge of the week!!! Have fun playing with your family and check who knows more about agriculture. You will find attached a pasapalabra pdf and a template where you can record your answers. (You can also do it in your notebook if you dont want to print out the worksheet).
