ETWINNING 25-26 CITIZEN: A10.3 VOLUNTARY GAMES

In our forum discussion from October (Preparing a poll for students) some of you talked about the creation of digital games. In our project plan for February 2026 we have “Optional activity: creation of online games related to the project topic.” I think we can use some questions from the forum discussion and our poll for students about E-waste, but also create some digital games about the four topics researched during November and December. Please think about it, it is optional activity, you don’t need to participate, it is only for those schools which have more time for our project.

TASK PLANNING:

Both classes will prepare their games in teams, and each team will then present and play the game with the other class. Afterwards, we will jointly disseminate the games throughout the whole school using a poster and a QR code.

ACTIVITY RESULTS:

Once the games were designed and the poster with the QR code was ready to share them, my students visited Irene’s class to put their creations to the test. Her students eagerly scanned the QR code and started playing, enjoying the challenges while competing with each other using the games created by our students. It was exciting to see how their work came to life and how both groups of students interacted, learned, and had fun together.
