3. Not Getting Enough Sleep

You can help accomplish this by skipping that afternoon cup of coffee, limiting day-time naps, and turning off your cell phone, TV and other electronics 1-2 hours before bedtime.

5. Drinking Too Much Alcohol
Drinking excessively or consistently over time hurts your heart. The American Heart Association recommends not exceeding two drinks per day for men and one drink per day for women. The more alcohol you consume, the higher your risk is for increased blood pressure and stroke.
