El pasado viernes (29 de octubre) celebramos Halloween en el colegio. Durante la semana el alumnado elaboró decoraciones espeluznantes y aterradoras con las que ambientaron la escuela. Hicieron mandalas de Halloween, fantasmas, arañas, calabazas, murciélagos,…
También participaron en actividades temáticas de Halloween en inglés, como crucigramas, sopas de letras, juegos de memoria, etc. Escucharon canciones de Halloween, e incluso se cambió nuestro timbre musical por la canción “This is Halloween” de la película “Pesadilla antes de Navidad”, de Tim Burton.
Disfrutaron de juegos como “Who took the candy from the candy jar?” y “Trick or treat?”, ‘ (con la bruja mágica Irene) y tuvieron la oportunidad de participar en unos Escape Rooms en inglés, en el aula TIC.
Además, el viernes acudieron al centro -quienes quisieron- con algún toque de maquillaje o elemento típico de esta celebración… y nuestra bruja mágica Irene les divirtió con diferentes trucos y sorpresas.
Last Friday (29th October) we celebrated Halloween in the school. During the week the students made spooky and scary decorations which they decorated the school with. They made Halloween mandalas, ghosts, spiders, pumpkins, bats…
They also took part in Halloween themed activities in English, such as crosswords, wordsearches and memory games. They listened to Halloween songs, and even the school bell was changed to the song ‘This is Halloween’ from the film ‘Nightmare Before Christmas’ by Tim Burton.
They played games like ´Who took the candy from the candy jar?’ and ‘Trick or treat?’ and had the opportunity to take part in some Escape Rooms in English, in the ICT classroom.
In addition, on Friday students had the chance to go to school with a little makeup or a typical element of this celebration… and the Magic Witch Irene surprised them with a couple of tricks and jokes.
