SUMMARY:LANTERN FESTIVAL
DESCRIPTION:🍁🍂Autumn follows its course… in search of a beautiful winter❄️. Behind us is the harvest\, which we joyfully celebrated with the Harvest Festival or Saint Michael’s Day at the end of September. \nNow autumn brings us other gifts: wind\, rain\, cold\, and\, above all\, darkness. 🌚The days grow shorter\, and although the sun still warms us\, we feel the need to wrap up well\, stay indoors\, and light the fireplace or the heater🔥. \nIt’s not easy to give up light\, warmth\, and outdoor play. For this reason\, children become more restless and uneasy than at other times of the year. \n🕯️The Lantern Festival\, also known as Saint Martin’s Day\, marks a turning point. We sacrifice the outer light\, and now the light shines from inside outwards\, from the generosity of the human heart👐🏼 that connects with others\, creating a sense of community\, belonging👩🏻‍🤝‍👨🏼👩🏼‍🤝‍👩🏾\, and illuminating more clearly the path we walk. \n🪔The lantern that children carry is a symbol\, and the legend of Saint Martin\, who gave half of his cloak to the beggar to keep him warm\, is an example of generosity. \n🌀For this\, we invite you to create your lantern at the workshops scheduled on Thursday\, the 21th\, at 5 pm in the village square in Murla\, or to bring one from home\, and to place candles or lanterns in the windows and doors of your house. \n💠Around 6:30 pm\, we will take a half-hour walk through the dark streets\, singing together or in silence. \n‼️Everyone is welcome to participate in this beautiful celebration that we hope will become a new tradition to celebrate the arrival of winter together‼️ \nPROGRAM \n5:00 p.m. (Church Square) \nLantern and song workshop \nSponge cake and warm chocolate (€3 general public\, €2 AMPA members\, school children free) \n6:30 p.m. \nTour through the streets of the town with the lanterns \nSONGS \nJO VAIG EN LA MEUA FLAMA\nJo vaig en la meua flama\nLa meua flama va en mi\nAdalt brillen les estreles\nAcí la llum sóc jo\nOh\, llum\, oh\, llum\nBrilla ben fort\nBlau\, verd\, groc i vermell\n(*Se repite esta parte) \nDENTRO DE MI \nDentro de mí hay una luz\nQue ilumina mi camino\nDentro de mi hay una luz\nQue ilumina mi destino\nYo soy… yo soy…\nYo soy…yo soy…\n(Se repite) \nARDE LUCECITA \nArde lucecita\nDanos mucha luz\nQue los días oscuros\, ya quieren venir\nArde lucecita\nBrilla como el sol\nGuía mi camino\, por la oscuridad\nArde lucecita\nYa se esconde el sol\nPor la noche oscura\, voy con mi farol \nARDE EL FUEGO \nArde el fuego\, arde el fuego\nDejad vuestras tareas\nUnamos las voces\nAmigos cantemos\n(Se repite todo haciendo canon de voces)
